PainWhen the founder first started, their Instagram account suffered from low online exposure and an inconsistent brand image.
Quick Win: To address this challenge, I reimagined their brand name and image, reflecting their core values. Additionally, I developed new branding elements and implemented omni-channel marketing strategies.
Results: Within a year, the business experienced remarkable growth, gaining over 5000 followers across social media platforms and successfully establishing three retail stores.

How it began?
When Serena, the founder, approached me, she had been running her shop on Instagram under the name "Serena's Healing Garden". Recognizing the need for a fresh identity, I collaborated with her to rebrand the business as SERENIA. This new name not only reflects Serena's own persona but also encapsulates the brand's mission of fostering serenity (SERE-) and building a community (-NIA) centered around self-love and self-healing.

I embarked on crafting the brand identity, curating every aspect to create a cohesive and compelling narrative. From the color palette and typography to new product shots.
